How do I quality for free shipping?

All orders above $65 in the United States qualify for free shipping.

How can I edit my address?

Email us at hello@ries-ries.com and if your order has not been processed, we are happy to change your address.

How can I update my order?

Email us at hello@ries-ries.com and if your order has not been processed, we will adjust your order.

What should I do if I received the wrong product or my order is damaged?

Email us at hello@ries-ries.com and we'll get this fixed for you.

What's your return policy?

We want you to love your RIES. We offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all products returned to us within 28 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. 

Note that items purchased between November 1st to December 13th can be returned until January 10th. Purchases made after December 13th follow our standard return policy of 28 days.

Reach out to our Customer Experience team at hello@ries-ries.com. Please include your name and order number in the subject line and we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Once it is received back in our warehouse, we will refund your original form of payment minus the return shipping fee. 

Please note that as a small business we cannot offer refunds on your original shipping costs. We appreciate your support and understanding!
