We want you to love your products! If you are not satisfied with your product, please email us within 14 days of purchase at hello@ries-ries.com. We offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all products returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. As a small business we cannot offer refunds on our shipping fees at this time. We appreciate your understanding!
